Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage pre- and post-contract requirements for framework agreements and Work Orders, ensuring compliance from award through completion and final assessment.
  • •Support procurement and legal engagement of contractors/consultants and provide guidance on contractual negotiations when required.
  • •Review draft contracts for fitness and project tailoring, coordinating inputs from legal/technical/financial advisors as needed.
  • •Oversee subcontractor review and acceptance of subcontract documents, plus certification of payments and auditing contractor accounts to ensure costs are captured correctly.
  • •Monitor contractor/consultant performance against contractually agreed KPIs, manage performance evaluations/improvement plans, and contribute to disputes and tender/appointment assurance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of contract management and administration experience.
  • •Experience administering contracts, particularly the NEC suite of contracts.
  • •Significant claims management experience.

  • •Ability to lead stakeholders and a small team, with strong negotiation and analytical/reporting skills.
