Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure audio-visual (AV) systems in conference rooms and shared office spaces function flawlessly.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues with office desk peripherals such as printers, monitors, and keyboards to minimize downtime.
  • •Track and manage on-premise IT and AV inventory, including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops.
  • •Assist with non-office and remote technical support requests as time permits.
  • •Support day-to-day workplace tools to maintain a secure, friction-free in-office technical experience.
