Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end GTM contact data lifecycle, including acquisition, enrichment, validation, deduplication, and governance.
  • •Define and enforce global data quality standards, SLAs, and controls as data volume and use cases scale.
  • •Design, build, and continuously optimize contact data pipelines and automation workflows that power sales plays and GTM execution.
  • •Translate sales plays and GTM initiatives into production-ready automations, tooling configurations, and data flows that scale.

Salary: USD 94,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4–7+ years in GTM Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Operations, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with GTM contact/account data across acquisition, enrichment, deduplication, governance, and data hygiene practices.
  • •Experience building and supporting scalable automation workflows, operational processes, and GTM data pipelines.
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, workflows, reporting, and operational data management.
  • •Familiarity with data enrichment, orchestration, and automation tools such as Clay, Openprise, ZoomInfo, Make, Zapier, or Workato.
