Deploy, configure, and support Fortinet endpoint security solutions for customer environments. Fine-tune security policies, monitor endpoint alerts for IOCs, and improve threat detection. Troubleshoot core Fortinet products, integrate endpoint agents with standards-based technologies (ADS, SAML, MFA), and set up event notifications to SIEM and SOC ticketing systems. Provide customer training, documentation, and best-practice guidance while supporting upgrades and configuration audits.
