Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy, configure, integrate, and support Fortinet endpoint security solutions.
  • •Perform basic troubleshooting on core Fortinet products.
  • •Configure endpoint agents, fine-tune security policies, and monitor endpoint alerts for IOCs.
  • •Train customers on security event response playbooks, notifications, and remediation.
  • •Set up event notifications to SIEM, SR ticketing, and other SOC services; support upgrades and configuration audits.

  • •Hands-on knowledge of endpoint security concepts like IPsec VPN, ZTNA, CASB, and URL web filtering.
  • •Deep working knowledge of Windows, OSX, and Linux with on-prem deployments (web tier, middleware, Elasticsearch) and Docker/virtualization experience.
