•Open up a new European market end to end: sharpen the ICP, define target accounts, win the first deals and lay the foundation for the region's growth
•Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, potential analysis on real ERP data, ROI business case, closing
•Work hand in hand with your BDR and develop the outbound playbook for your market: messaging, sequences, segments, channels
•Coordinate the marketing activities in your market so they generate pipeline
•Feed structured insight back to Product, Marketing and Leadership, and shape how Tacto expands internationally

•Hands-on and self-driven: you go to market proactively and drive your own pipeline
