Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic and operational planning in alignment with the Senior Leadership Team and Board for the servicing team
•Develop and implement long and short-term company objectives in line with group objectives
•Ensure client service excellence and compliance with client regulatory and legal requirements
•Attract, develop and retain resources and skills to achieve business objectives and high-quality client services
•Direct and motivate colleagues and teams to achieve departmental goals and personal objectives

Key Requirements

•Must have previous experience in captives/(re)insurance/accountancy/management
•Strong technical knowledge of insurance, reinsurance and the captive industry and its products; sound knowledge of accounting, taxation and legal issues relating to captive and (re)insurance
•Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams toward business objectives
•Ability to translate operational/business strategy into working operational plans
•Commitment to continuous personal development and the development of staff
