Job Summary

Provide accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment by processing financial transactions and opening deposit accounts. Identify client needs through consultative conversations, recommend products and services, and cross-sell offerings while making referrals to bank partners. Perform outbound calls to clients and prospects to support banking center sales and referral goals. Assist with client loan applications by collecting information and handing off processing, and support daily operational activities and training.

•Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects to support banking center deposit/loan campaigns and meet sales and referral goals.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience as a Teller (preferred).

•Ability to conduct consultative conversations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
•Must complete the DeGarmo Retail Behavioral Assessment and submit results prior to application evaluation.
