Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct safe and timely setup of manual lathe equipment and perform tool setup.
  • •Make machine/tooling adjustments to bring non-conforming output into specifications.
  • •Perform routine operator maintenance and operational checks on tools and equipment.
  • •Perform dimensional inspections, including first article inspections, and accurately use measurement tools.
  • •Operate material handling equipment, follow 5S/lean and safety regulations, and train operators to run jobs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years of related experience operating a manual engine lathe.
