Job Summary

The Sales Excellence Associate drives continuous improvement within Edenred’s sales function, optimizing sales processes, CRM data integrity, and market/client segmentation. You’ll lead projects to boost efficiency, support the marketing team with up-to-date sales insights, and align CRM with ERP while collaborating across the sales organization to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Co-lead projects aimed at improving sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing new strategies for optimization.
•Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates; pursue regular initiatives to align our CRM with our ERP and equip the Marketing team with up-to-date sales insights, target lists, and contacts.
•Analyze the client portfolio to identify different farming battles per client, prioritize prospects, and improve the quality of client information in the CRM.
•Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in sales performance.
•Collaborate with sales reps and leadership to communicate findings and implement improvements across the sales organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•1-2 years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, marketing, or business improvement roles.
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data in analysis and decision-making.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, formulas) and familiarity with Power BI/Power Query/SQL is a plus.
