Job Summary

Oversee Fever’s warehouse and logistics hub to ensure merchandise is handled accurately and on time. Lead daily warehouse operations, optimize inventory control in ODOO, and manage inbound/outbound logistics and freight handling. Track operational KPIs, develop budgets, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure occupational health and safety compliance and maintain hazard-free operations while driving continuous workflow improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and direct warehouse operations staff to ensure performance, safety, and alignment with company goals.
•Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective handling of freight.
•Manage inventory integrity in ODOO, including categorization, regular audits, and dynamic stock updates.
•Define, track, and report KPIs for inventory accuracy, facility throughput, and operational efficiency.
•Develop and manage warehouse/logistics budgets, ensuring cross-functional cost tracking and operational compliance.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including picking, packing, and reception.
•Strong inventory management skills to maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
•Comfort using Google Sheets and Excel, plus digital tools such as PDAs and Warehouse Management Systems (SGA).
•Good written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
•A valid forklift operator license (Carné de Carretillero) is highly valued.
