Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate AI agents, LLM integrations, and automations connecting Salesforce and the broader GTM stack to reduce manual work.
  • •Own the architecture of the GTM Systems AI layer, including MCP servers, APIs, retrieval/context pipelines, agent tools/skills, and cloud services.
  • •Ship production-grade LLM capabilities with governance including validation, fallback logic, confidence thresholds, human escalation, access controls, audit logging, and cost/latency management.
  • •Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities, translate requirements into maintainable solutions, and deliver with documentation.
  • •Raise engineering standards through code review, automated testing, CI/CD, security governance, observability, and technical documentation; mentor teammates on responsible AI development.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience and at least 2 years shipping LLM or AI capabilities into production business workflows or internal tools.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), with Git-based development habits including code review, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • •Hands-on command of LLM patterns such as prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, structured outputs, and automated evaluation with mitigations for failure modes.
  • •Experience integrating with Salesforce via APIs and other systems via APIs/event-driven patterns, plus cloud platform experience (GCP preferred).
  • •Ability to scope, design, deliver, and operate end-to-end with clear communication in a remote, asynchronous environment.
