Key Responsibilities

  • •Run special projects end-to-end by scoping problems, defining next steps, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring completion.
  • •Identify and fix bottlenecks within your domain by designing and implementing solutions.
  • •Own the finance workstream including revenue tracking, KPI dashboards, financial analyses, and investor-reporting inputs.
  • •Support commercial initiatives with the operations and commercial team, including upselling motions, pricing analyses, and market opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, operations, or a similarly demanding environment.
  • •Strong analytical, structured problem-solving skills, especially with numbers and finance-oriented work.
  • •Hands-on execution mindset to analyze problems and implement solutions rather than relying only on strategy.
  • •Ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams and manage multiple unrelated projects simultaneously.
