Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily inventory management operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and compliance across all warehouse and material‑handling activities
•Supervise a team of logistics personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and developing future leaders
•Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, material audits, and root‑cause/corrective actions
•Ensure timely material flow to production, kitting, and shipping/receiving areas by coordinating closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning
•Monitor inventory health metrics (accuracy, cycle count performance, aging, excess/obsolete risks) and implement improvement actions

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
•People management/leadership skills.
•The ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance.
•US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
