Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily inventory management operations to ensure accuracy, availability, and compliance across all warehouse and material‑handling activities
  • •Supervise a team of logistics personnel, including hiring, training, performance management, and developing future leaders
  • •Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, material audits, and root‑cause/corrective actions
  • •Ensure timely material flow to production, kitting, and shipping/receiving areas by coordinating closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Planning
  • •Monitor inventory health metrics (accuracy, cycle count performance, aging, excess/obsolete risks) and implement improvement actions

  • •Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
