Job Summary

Own information security governance across the service lifecycle at Allianz Technology. Conduct IS risk assessments, ensure implementation of ISO 27001/27002 controls, and drive IAM transformation through the centralized target operating model. •Manage IS risk via risk assessments, control effectiveness evaluation, policy deviation identification, and mitigation planning.
•Drive IAM transformation by rolling out the IAM target operating model and onboarding local applications to centralized IAM solutions.
•Provide IS advisory and stakeholder engagement with regional and central IS teams, promoting a security-first culture.
•Lead incident response coordination and coordinate vulnerability remediation and security awareness activities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on experience in information security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Identity & Access Management processes and tools.
•Strong knowledge of IT security technologies, architectures, processes, and ISMS frameworks such as ISO 27001/27002, including DORA and NIS2 regulatory requirements.
•3+ years of IT background focused on information security and/or risk management.
•Ability to manage complex enterprise projects by aligning teams, setting expectations, and following through.
•Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to translate technical risks into business language.
