Own growth for the Japanese market by leading content and creator efforts for Bump. You’ll create high-performing short-form TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads, manage a pipeline of Japanese creators, and run influencer campaigns. Key Responsibilities

•Drive growth for Bump in Japan by owning content + creator efforts for the Japanese market.
•Create high-performing short-form TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads that people want to watch.
•Build and manage a pipeline of Japanese creators and run influencer campaigns with top and micro-influencers.
•Write briefs and provide notes/feedback to help external creators shine.
•Collaborate with Paris-based teams, test ideas quickly, and support launches, events, and Japan-focused activations.

Key Requirements

•1–5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer, or creator), with a strong focus on your work.
•Experience creating ads content, especially UGC-style content.
•Experience managing creators and/or giving creative feedback that improves results.
•Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Japanese creator landscape.
•Fluent in Japanese and English, with experience living in Japan, and willingness to work onsite in Paris or remotely from Japan.
