Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end planning of new products from early business demand through material readiness, production execution, and tool shipment.
  • •Work with R&D and engineering to understand product architecture, module structure, configurations, and risks.
  • •Partner daily across functions including engineering, supply chain, procurement, sourcing, material management, production teams, and corporate stakeholders across global time zones.
  • •Define scalable processes, R&R, and system enablement for a new team, creating a planning playbook for future products.
  • •Own BOM and configuration planning, ensure end-to-end supply chain alignment, resolve constraints, and present risks and mitigations to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3-7 years of experience in planning, operations, or supply chain roles, with NPI or complex production environment experience preferred.
  • •B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field.
  • •Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, planning, material management, and manufacturing processes.
  • •Ability to understand complex multi-module technical products and detailed product structures.
  • •Experience with enterprise planning/systems such as SAP or Smartsheet, and excellent English verbal and written communication.
