Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end operational health of key payment partners in Mexico, focusing on Cards and Alternative Payment Methods. Monitor and analyze KPIs such as approval rates, latency, transaction quality, settlement accuracy, and partner performance.
  • •Act as the main interface between EBANX and partner technical teams, supporting integrations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization with a strong technical and data-oriented mindset.
  • •Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. Propose and implement improvements in payment flows, routing logic, retries, and operational processes to increase approval rates and efficiency.
  • •Apply advanced analytics, automation, or AI-driven approaches to improve payment performance, anomaly detection, fraud signals, and operational efficiency.
  • •Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) processes with partners and internal teams, ensuring structured follow-ups and implementation of preventive actions based on data insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services (cards, wallets, acquiring, or payment providers).
  • •Solid analytical and technical background, with experience working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar).
  • •Experience monitoring and improving KPIs and operational performance.
  • •Ability to work closely with technical teams (Engineering, Product, APIs).
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issue resolution in complex environments.
