Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve complex manufacturing operation efficiency and capabilities using modeling, operation research, data analytics, machine learning, and web application techniques.
  • •Develop and communicate analytics, reporting solution, and scheduling optimization methodology to stakeholders.
  • •Apply project management skills across requirement gathering, resource estimation, time management, stakeholder engagement, and deliverables.
  • •Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members and stakeholders.
  • •Participate in multi-area focus teams to improve complex constraints in manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Drive to make a difference and collaborate effectively in a rapidly changing environment, working independently when needed.
  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science and Analytics, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • •Proficiency in basic programming (preferably C#, Python, SQL) and experience with cloud-based infrastructure such as GCP/AWS/Azure.
  • •Knowledge and experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and machine learning.
  • •Knowledge and experience in manufacturing operations, scheduling optimization, and capacity/cycle time modeling is a plus.
