Job Summary

Drive business process optimization and automation by partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current solutions, and design new AI-enabled digital improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize workflows, ensure seamless integration with existing systems, and support end-to-end delivery through testing and issue resolution. Establish KPIs with reporting dashboards, track benefits from application changes, and provide training and user support for effective adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities, driving automation and AI initiatives.
•Analyze current solutions and design/develop improvements aligned with the connected shipyard ambition.
•Define, document, and optimize business processes and workflows for existing and new digital solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
•Conduct system testing and resolve issues/bugs to ensure quality for new digital solutions and existing systems.
•Define KPIs, build reports/dashboards to monitor performance, track benefits from application/process changes, and provide training and user support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
•5+ years of relevant experience in a large organization.
•Strong knowledge and experience in process optimization, software development, and applications of AI.
•Advanced knowledge across business domains, with AI platform certification as an added advantage.
•Experience handling IT projects in manufacturing, ship repair, oil & gas, energy, or other project-based industries.
