Drive Vanta’s long-term technical strategy within the GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) organization. Lead large, multi-quarter engineering initiatives across product and infrastructure, make high-impact architectural decisions, and rally cross-functional teams to completion. You’ll balance hands-on development with mentorship and engineering excellence, helping Vanta scale its continuously verified security trust platform for enterprise customers.

•Extensive experience building user-facing SaaS products for both startup and enterprise users.
•Strong leadership and mentorship experience, with excellent communication to influence technical decisions at all levels.
