Job Summary

Lead the Regulatory Finance Change team to deliver Finance change projects with a focus on Prudential Regulation across UK and EU. Spearhead the Reg Change portfolio, manage multi-country regulatory initiatives, mentor a mixed team of permanent and temporary staff, and collaborate with Reg Tech, ITSD and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely delivery of regulatory reporting enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain relationships with Reg Tech partners and internal ITSD to ensure high-quality services.
•Control, manage and drive the change development schedule and allocate developer resources as needed.
•Maintain and update the Regulatory Roadmap to support regulatory reporting requirements.
•Coordinate with ITSD and development teams to deliver priorities and ensure alignment across functions.
•Lead the team, manage workload and provide training/development for direct reports, with ad hoc project tasks as required.

Key Requirements

•Part or fully qualified accountant
•Project Management qualification (desirable)
•Extensive experience of Prudential regulation across EMEA
•Strong knowledge of data requirements and calculations for Regulatory output
•Experience delivering Prudential Regulation change projects
