Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Tools & Capabilities on the Group AI Platform.
  • •Translate strategy into a multi-quarter roadmap with clear priorities across group capabilities.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, security, and compliance to deliver incremental products to the bank.
  • •Gather requirements from stakeholders, manage the backlog, and translate it into scalable platform solutions with clear success criteria.
  • •Run discovery across AI Platform stakeholders to identify friction points limiting adoption; prioritize features based on business value and feasibility while ensuring responsible AI practices are factored into the platform.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years in an IT project leading role as IT Project Manager or IT Business Analysis.
  • •Experience with functional testing, creating test plans, and being familiar with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
  • •Experience working in SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
  • •Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or AS400.
