Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver on-site NDT inspections at customer sites across the UK in line with approved procedures, written instructions, and standards.
  • •Carry out NDT methods within the scope of certification and authorisation, recording results and escalating reportable indications.
  • •Complete inspection, testing, and reporting documentation accurately and on time to support certification and invoicing.
  • •Coordinate safe, compliant inspection activities with customers and site teams to minimise operational disruption.
  • •Maintain and check NDT equipment, reporting defects, calibration issues, and corrective actions as required.

Key Requirements

  • •PCN level 2 qualifications in one or more relevant NDT methods.
  • •Up to five years’ experience as an NDT practitioner in an on-site inspection support role.
  • •Experience delivering on-site NDT within the rail industry or another safety-critical environment (desirable).
  • •Strong knowledge of NDT procedures, quality requirements, acceptance criteria, and inspection practices.
  • •Good organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
