Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

•Firefighting: diagnose novel problems across the org, create strategies to solve them, and execute as the company scales.
•Revenue Operations: streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement effective revenue operations strategies.
•Product Operations: support the product team in managing the product lifecycle, coordinating user interviews, and ensuring smooth product operations.
•Data Analysis & Reporting: create Tableau dashboards using data from our database for different business function teams.
•System & Process Development: work with department leads to implement new systems and SOPs to ensure operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in a similar operations role at a fast-growing startup or consulting firm.
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Experience with Tableau, SQL, and other key data analysis tools.

•Willingness to work hard to execute our mission and enjoy working in-office in Russian Hill.
