Job Summary

Own demand forecasting and the IBP process for Germany, driving better forecast accuracy and supporting key business decisions. Develop demand plans using statistical models, market insights, and historical data, and collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Asset Productivity to integrate demand drivers. Lead monthly Demand Review meetings, continuously improve planning strategy and tools, and provide long-term demand analysis to support capacity planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage comprehensive demand plans using statistical models, market insights, and historical data.
•Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Asset Productivity teams to integrate demand drivers into forecasts.
•Lead monthly Demand Review meetings to align demand, sales, and asset productivity within Integrated Business Planning.
•Continuously improve forecast accuracy by analyzing trends and updating forecasts with stakeholders.
•Drive demand planning strategy evolution and optimize planning processes, tools, and systems through cross-regional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Several years of demand planning experience in an FMCG or Food Retail company.
•Proven data insights and strong communication skills.
•Business acumen with expertise in demand planning tools.
•Ability to turn insights into a clear narrative (storytelling).
•Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
