Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain detailed cost plans and estimates across design and delivery phases using benchmarks and technical documentation.
  • •Produce and present monthly cost reports, executive summaries, and funding data for stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate and validate cost information from design teams, GC, subcontractors, and vendor quotes; compile built cost records for benchmarking.
  • •Lead procurement pricing reviews and commercial negotiations to achieve fair contract pricing, and manage final accounts and agreements.
  • •Own change control, including estimating, negotiating, and reconciling change orders; manage post-contract cost variances and drive value engineering/cost optimization.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5-7+ years of cost management experience supporting mission-critical data center projects, including cost planning, forecasting, change management, procurement, and project controls.
  • •Strong expertise in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control systems, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • •Expertise in procurement strategies and commercial management of contractor/vendor contracts.
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward certification is advantageous, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
