Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and manage risks across all software on Netflix endpoints for workforce security scenarios.
  • •Develop, roll out, and validate protective endpoint security controls, including host hardening and maintaining security standards to prevent configuration drift.
  • •Design, execute, and enforce a comprehensive patch and vulnerability management strategy using threat intelligence to prioritize remediation at OS, app, and app configuration levels.
  • •Evaluate build vs. buy security capabilities through requirement gathering, cost-benefit analysis, and effort estimation.
  • •Provide standard business-hours operational support for Workforce Security and participate in infrequent 24/7 incident response as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of commercially available endpoint MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
  • •Working experience with commercially available endpoint vulnerability scanning tools such as CrowdStrike and Tenable.
  • •Experience designing and testing host hardening configurations for at least two of Mac, Windows, and Linux.
  • •Understanding of vulnerability management practices and threat modeling to influence control right-sizing and prioritization.
  • •Scripting ability and experience validating publicly disclosed exploits with variant analysis.
