Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement document management systems for large/mega design-construction programs from inception through closeout.
  • •Monitor and manage electronic document management system(s) and develop project Document Management Plans.
  • •Develop and administer document control procedures and training guidelines, including recurring training on EDMS use.
  • •Manage electronic records and document workflows: naming conventions, numbering, distribution, uploads/downloads, and incoming/outgoing transmittals.
  • •Coordinate document reviews and progress reporting using tools such as Bluebeam sessions while ensuring QA and contractual requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 7-10 years of Document Control experience on design, construction, or similar projects including start-up and closeout processes.
  • •Experience implementing document management systems and procedures for large and mega construction programs.
  • •Advanced computer and word processing skills using MS Office applications including SharePoint.
  • •Experience supervising and leading Document Control Team Members.
