Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new CMP products.
  • •Contribute to FMECA and participate in or own first chamber Build & Test activities in the Apps lab.
  • •Identify and address issues by partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality & Reliability; review Top Field Issues and participate in CAPA.
  • •Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) if needed, and develop procedures for installation, start-up, retrofit, and maintenance of the product.
  • •Develop and document technical materials (BKMs, CENs, ISBs, troubleshooting guides) and create training packages to train assigned customer and support engineers prior to ELS shipments.
