In the Operational Support Centre (OSC), you’ll process workforce management enquiries through email and ticketing systems, triage MYHR and ServiceNow requests, and support system testing and process improvement. You’ll also monitor ticket queues and maintain case records, while training and mentoring new team members when needed.
