Key Responsibilities

•Develops new programs or makes changes to existing programs (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, and Workflow) according to business requirements.
•Leads requirement gathering meetings with business users and assists with system configuration and setup of modules.
•Works with Oracle development tools to resolve issues and build custom solutions for identified gaps.
•Prepares test environments post-cloning and collaborates with Oracle support and users to resolve issues.
•Investigates usage of application modules not in use and studies modules in use.
•Provides Level 2 production support, troubleshooting issues and delivering workarounds or resolutions, including SQL Loader usage for reporting.
•Supports and troubleshoots production system issues with key business owners and monitors system health via self-monitoring scripts.
•Participates in other tasks and stays aligned with Oracle technology path and new implementations in the E-Business Suite.
•Provides technical support to other IT developers and interfaces with Oracle Applications.
•Ensures adherence to SOX and other IT general controls in the production environment.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience with Oracle applications e-business suite (11i or r12)
•7+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL and SQL tuning including SQL and PL/SQL development tools
•5+ years of experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
•5+ years of experience with XML/BI publisher
•5+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow Builder
