Build trusted client relationships in KeyBank’s Private Client Program and provide plan-based financial advice. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver customized recommendations covering investment and insurance solutions, with up to $2M in investable assets. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and translating conversations into financial wellness recommendations.
•Assess client needs and provide tailored advice, including referring investment and insurance solutions based on client data.
•Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by prospecting, identifying centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
•Open personal and business accounts, support branch operations (including teller transactions as needed), and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and the ability to develop new and current customer relationships to achieve sales goals in insurance and investment products.
•Strong sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and overcome objections with fact-finding questions.
•Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office tools like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on Key platforms.
