Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and translating conversations into financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Assess client needs and provide tailored advice, including referring investment and insurance solutions based on client data.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by prospecting, identifying centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, support branch operations (including teller transactions as needed), and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) and the ability to develop new and current customer relationships to achieve sales goals in insurance and investment products.
  • •Strong sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and overcome objections with fact-finding questions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence business partners and leverage centers of influence (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office tools like Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on Key platforms.
