Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere to company safety policies and regulatory requirements, and promote a strong safety culture during maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • •Monitor tool performance and equipment health daily; schedule preventive and corrective maintenance and participate in TPM activities.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, electronic, and PC/software skills; resolve issues efficiently and escalate when needed.
  • •Support equipment installation, qualification, and testing; assist in creating/updating/modifying equipment procedures with required approvals.
  • •Monitor and respond to SPC data daily, document maintenance activities, and ensure training/certification requirements and QMS responsibilities are fulfilled.

Key Requirements

  • •Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field), or equivalent relevant working experience.
  • •Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including night shifts.
