Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • •Gather, organize, and communicate competitive market intelligence to identify where target talent exists and share industry trends.
  • •Collaborate with the sourcing team to leverage best practices across research techniques, boolean searches, tools, networking, and other sourcing methods.
  • •Develop and maintain candidate flow independently across disciplines, using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
  • •Source candidates via multiple search resources (e.g., social media, internal database, job boards, networking, and internet searches) and act as an ambassador for Kraken/Payward.

  • •Proven track record sourcing talent for reputable, fast-growing, high-bar technology/product businesses against strong competition.
  • •Strong ability to translate hiring needs into accurate sourcing strategies, including expertise in boolean/X-ray sourcing.

  • •Ability to create compelling market intelligence using business and industry knowledge, with fintech/crypto understanding required.
