Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform timely, cost-conscious procurement of production/inventory/MRO items and analyze requisitions for quantity/specifications/delivery requirements.
  • •Develop and onboard selected suppliers and maintain up-to-date ABC classification and PFEP inputs for planning.
  • •Ensure optimal inventory levels and safety stock; coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve supplier quality issues.
  • •Analyze and select parts for KanBan and supplier replenishment; maintain PFEP and item master information using demand and constraint inputs.
  • •Support change-management project teams and coach projects to improve materials-organization processes while ensuring BOS and safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of materials/planning manufacturing experience.
  • •APICS (CPIM) or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of industry supply base, materials, and supplier processes/capabilities.
  • •Experience with production and supplier scheduling, including ERP-based planning.
