Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily logistics execution in Japan, including shipment arrangement, warehouse coordination, and issue resolution.
  • •Execute import, export, and domestic shipments and coordinate booking, documentation, permit handling, and on-time delivery.
  • •Handle customs-related activities such as import clearance applications and compliant clearance with brokers.
  • •Ensure compliance with domestic DG transportation regulations by partnering with Safety and GTC teams.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy, support freight settlement, and provide timely reporting on logistics performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • •4+ years of hands-on logistics experience.
  • •Experience handling DG shipments with regulatory compliance (Fire Service Law and chemical regulations in Japan).
  • •Hands-on experience with customs clearance coordination and vendor management in Japan.
  • •Basic knowledge of EPA applications and trade-related procedures.
