Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the finance function for the Mission Readiness team, owning end-to-end financial management for strategic planning (headcount, cash/working capital, and capital investment).
  • •Provide transparency into headcount productivity for current and future products.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to consolidate business case analyses and decision-making frameworks with business divisions and operational deployments teams.
  • •Perform quantitative analyses including variance analysis, trend analysis, scenario modeling, and root-cause investigations; develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives.
  • •Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) and support development/maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EAC) and Estimates to Complete (ETC) for contract integrity, and lead executive reporting.

Salary: USD 150,000 - 171,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or a technical background in Engineering/Supply Chain/Operations is a plus.
  • •7-10 years of experience in manufacturing finance, business unit finance, management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
  • •Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex financial information clearly.
  • •Advanced analytical capability, with fast execution of analyses in Excel and the ability to translate results to business partners.
