Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using hand tools, blueprints/engineering specifications, and cutting-edge software/technology.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekends as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience and technical school/formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations in the previous 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Ability to coordinate and manage on-site installation and repair work with customers, forecasting issues and gathering materials.
