Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide accounting, administration, and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed-end registered products.
  • •Calculate net asset values and disseminate financial and performance information to investment advisors and investors.
  • •Maintain GAAP-compliant fund accounting across multiple relationships.
  • •Record and reconcile trade and income/expense activity and perform security valuation in the portfolio accounting system.
  • •Prepare fund financial statements and audit/tax schedules, including investor statement support.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
