Job Summary

Accelerate the deployment of AI within a Climate Action team by supporting AI-enabled ways of working and building customer-facing tools that assess product and solution climate impacts across lifecycle stages. Help develop and improve a climate impact tool aligned to the organization’s 2030 ambitions, optimize KPI tracking and reporting workflows through automation, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders on requirements, testing, documentation, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Support deployment of AI-enabled ways of working by identifying practical AI use cases to improve efficiency, insight generation, and stakeholder engagement.
•Design and help develop customer-facing AI tools that assess climate impact across product and solution lifecycle stages.
•Build and improve a climate impact tool that quantifies climate impact and supports 2030 impact ambitions using sustainability data.
•Optimize climate performance management processes by automating recurring tasks, improving KPI tracking, streamlining reporting workflows, and reducing manual effort.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into AI-enabled solutions, and support testing, validation, documentation, training, demos, and communications for adoption.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 500 - 700 monthly

Key Requirements

•Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Data Science, AI, Digital Innovation, Engineering, or a related discipline.
•Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
•Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Python, low-code/no-code tools, AI assistants, or workflow automation tools is a strong plus.
•Passion for sustainability and responsible deployment of AI to solve practical business challenges.
•Strong analytical skills to work with data, structure problems, test assumptions, and translate insights into practical recommendations.
