ML Engineer, Agentic Systems

Build end-to-end agentic systems for creative, multimodal tasks in an in-person NYC environment. You’ll develop training and adaptation methods for large language models, design objectives/datasets/fine-tuning strategies, and explore structured generation and multimodal reasoning. Own evaluation and experimentation: create video-focused frameworks, measure real-world performance, analyze failure modes across planning, tool use, and execution, and iterate to improve agent reliability and control.
