Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scoped AI problem statements.
  • •Prepare data pipelines and AI store design under senior engineer guidance.
  • •Build, validate, and evaluate AI models using PyTorch or JAX, including experiments, metrics, ablation studies, and error analysis.
  • •Help build inference APIs and batch scoring workflows and integrate AI outputs with backend services.
  • •Contribute to operational rigor by supporting root-cause analysis, documenting experiments/design decisions/runbooks, and flagging fairness, interpretability, or privacy concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on ML systems experience from course projects, research, hackathons, or a prior internship.
  • •Solid Python and Rust fundamentals, including comfort reviewing code.
  • •Experience with at least one AI/ML framework (PyTorch or JAX) and basic data tooling (Pandas, SQL).
  • •Nice to have: familiarity with a cloud platform (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, or model-serving tools (vLLM, Triton, Ray Serve).
