Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving for plant equipment.
  • •Receive, prioritize, coordinate, and complete maintenance, repair, and installation work within allowable time frames.
  • •Diagnose problems affecting operation of process equipment, machinery, tools, and facility equipment, including developing repair action plans.
  • •Participate and/or lead preventative maintenance and total preventative maintenance activities; help identify and establish process stability and improvement.
  • •Conduct maintenance safely and perform minor electrical/electronic work along with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and crane/rigging needs, including keeping spare parts and drawings up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate (AS) degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance or a relevant field, or equivalent education and maintenance experience.
  • •1+ year of industrial maintenance and troubleshooting experience preferred.
  • •Experience with PLCs, PCs, HMIs, AC/DC adjustable speed drives, power distribution, hydraulic control systems, and related test equipment.
  • •Demonstrate leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong verbal/written communication skills, including teaching abilities and preparing reports and presentations.
