Job Summary

Own health, safety, and well-being strategy for ASOS office sites. Serve as the primary contact for H&S queries, lead ISO 45001:2018 management system implementation and continuous improvement, and run internal audits. Manage risk assessments across workplaces, events, and fashion shoots, oversee contractor/supplier H&S activities, and ensure ergonomics and reasonable adjustments. Deliver training, maintain emergency procedures, lead incident reporting/investigations, and track performance using data and AI insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary point of contact for health and safety queries at ASOS offices.
•Lead implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ISO 45001:2018 management system, including internal audits.
•Conduct workplace, events, and fashion shoot risk assessments and provide risk-based advice to stakeholders.
•Oversee H&S for contractor and supplier activities, including RAMS review/approval, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
•Maintain emergency procedures, own incident reporting and investigation, and track H&S metrics to identify trends and improve performance.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Experience producing and reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
•Experience producing and reviewing policies, procedures, and guidance for ISO 45001:2018 certified management systems.
•Strong working knowledge of UK health and safety legislation.
•A NEBOSH qualification (diploma preferred, but not essential) and IOSH membership.
