Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the customer relationship and directly negotiate resolution of cabin disputes with airlines to secure delivery schedules.
  • •Coach other Lead CFIs/CFIs and standardize delivery procedures and best practices across the team.
  • •Coordinate on-site supplier support teams to quickly address operational constraints and non-conformities.
  • •Secure the supply chain by tracking critical missing parts short-term and deploying risk mitigation plans.
  • •Identify recurring cabin defects and initiate problem-solving actions (PPS) to raise final quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Confirmed professional experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Aircraft Delivery, or Customer Acceptance.
  • •Proven project management skills, customer service, and team leadership or mentoring.
  • •Strong negotiation abilities and relationship skills in a high-pressure commercial environment.
  • •Proficiency with SAP tools (especially PEA and PAC).
  • •Required negotiation level in English and advanced level in French.
