Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in negotiations and lead management of individual supplier relationships.
  • •Deliver year-over-year productivity and working-capital goals, working with businesses/plants to meet annual targets.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute sourcing and continuous improvement strategies.
  • •Create global purchasing strategies for purchased component categories and conduct tender/benchmarking to optimize procurement.
  • •Negotiate and manage supplier contracts and service level agreements, including supplier development and scorecards.

Key Requirements
