Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in VRF/ductless post-sales product success and monitor process performance to meet customer needs.
  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, advising corrective action, and communicating with customers and coworkers.
  • •Provide commercial and technical product training to area office personnel and customers, including field training for installation and troubleshooting.
  • •Troubleshoot VRF and ductless products and assist with startup and commissioning.
  • •Administer warranty process and post-sales ductless business activity, including supporting submittals and equipment selections and reporting to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation, service and/or troubleshooting.
  • •Preferred VRF experience, but not required.
  • •Working knowledge of construction facets including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • •Must be able to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent violations.
