Key Responsibilities

  • •Review plans and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for Trane and non-Trane equipment, labor, subcontractors, and construction-related activities.
  • •Provide customer and facility-related HVAC solution knowledge and consultation to address customer problems.
  • •Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet HVAC system design and installation requirements.
  • •Develop, evaluate, and discuss solutions with account managers, project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and/or customers.
  • •Coordinate selection and pricing of equipment, controls, and services, and prepare and validate preliminary/final proposals and equipment submittals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 66,300 - 94,850 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Collegiate education degree in estimation, building mechanical systems, or engineering.
  • •Estimating, project management, engineering, HVAC, or construction management experience (or equivalent education and industry experience).
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • •Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
