Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end programme delivery for Project Falcon, aligning all workstreams to an integrated solution vision.
  • •Manage integrated baseline across business design, SAP ECC, Salesforce, interfaces, data, testing, and deployment activities.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams through design, build, validation, pilot, and rollout phases, translating requirements into deployment-ready solutions.
  • •Ensure quality, readiness, and adoption through integrated testing, defect resolution, traceability, cutover planning, and phased rollout execution.
  • •Provide programme leadership, governance, and reporting to the Programme Director and Steering Committee; resolve cross-workstream challenges and escalate critical decisions.
