Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform hands-on coding for application development and modernization initiatives.
  • •Lead and manage engineering teams designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications, APIs, and microservices.
  • •Provide technical leadership and strategic direction, setting technical vision, roadmap, architecture standards, and development practices.
  • •Drive modernization of legacy platforms toward open-system, API-driven, cloud-ready architectures, managing projects, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Oversee production support and incident management, establish engineering metrics and practices (Agile/DevOps/CI-CD/observability), and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •7+ years of software engineering and enterprise application development experience.
  • •3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams or equivalent technical leadership.
  • •Strong technical background in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.
  • •Strong understanding of React, REST APIs, microservices, full-stack development, and enterprise software architecture.
